Posting after a stormy night...

Thunderstorms in February? Well we had them and wind last night. Here's what we woke up to this morning. A big "Thank you" to National Grid by the way, and our local volunteer fire department. None of my pictures from when it was still dark out came out well enough for me to post here so I can't show you what it looked like at 4:30am when we found the tree in the road.

Beautiful afternoon out ON the lake!

After many years of living here I finally ventured further onto the ice than I ever have before. Mind you I wouldn't have done it if my husband wasn't sick. So with him out of commission it fell on me to make a little girl happy, and keep her away from the sick germs for a little while.

I thought I had more but I guess that's it.
